A multi-category retail store based in Lucknow, selling online across India.
The Challenge
The client's existing WordPress store, built on a heavy page-builder theme with a dozen unnecessary plugins, took over 6 seconds to load on mobile. Cart abandonment was high, and slow Core Web Vitals were actively hurting their organic rankings against faster competitors.
The Solution
We rebuilt the storefront from scratch as a custom-coded, mobile-first site — no page builder, no unused plugin weight. Product pages were restructured around real search intent, checkout was simplified to reduce friction, and every image was optimized and lazy-loaded below the fold.
The Results
The new storefront launched at under 2.5 seconds on mobile, more than halving the original load time. Faster pages meant Google noticed too — organic traffic climbed steadily in the months after launch, and mobile checkout completions improved noticeably now that customers weren't giving up while waiting for pages to load.
